Someone once said to me that those we love never truly leave us.  For the short time I knew you Pauline I was lucky enough to spend time with you and your lovely family. You were the bravest woman i have ever met. Always smiling and your infectous laugh.

Everytime I get on a bike it will remind me of you and that bike race i signed up for ! I mean what was i even thinking ?
